Absorption Rates

The absorption reports, statistical analyses of home sales and trends in the market, have been released for the 1st quarter of 2010.  Absorption gives you an idea of the number of months it will take for the current inventory to be sold out based on the last 12 months of sales.  New Hanover County has a 15-month supply, and Brunswick County has an 18-month supply.
