Farmers Market Returns to Downtown Wilmington

The Riverfront Farmers Market will reopen on Saturday, April 17 and will be open every Saturday from April 17 to Dec. 18 from 8 a.m. to 1 p.m. on North Water Street in downtown Wilmington. The Farmers Market started in 2004 and features local produce, artists and craftsman. The city recently voted to transfer the organization of the market form the city to a local non-profit which was set up specifically for the market.
