First 10 Weeks of the Year

The market, while far from being fully recovered, is showing tremendous signs of improvement. In the first ten weeks of the year, Intracoastal Realty has shown a 12% increase in closed transactions and a 15% increase in closed volume over the same period last year. Just as signs of spring are emerging, we are also seeing signs of a healthy housing market begin to blossom.
